Escaping From Houdini []
He was the killer. He killed them because they where all responsible for Liesel‘s death.
Lady Crenshaw overpaid for the flowers, even though Liesel tried to refuse. Her husband confronted her over missing money and she claimed it must have been that thieving flower girl. Out of nothing more than jealousy.
Lady Crenshaw knew how her husband would react—apparently he’s got a history of locking people away. Due to the fact that teh Family was friends with Chef magistrate Robert Prescott, Liesel did not stand a fair trail.
Conditions in prisons are atrocious. And Andreas betrothed got sick there. Something that could have been treatable, but Dr. Arden refused to tend to her in the workhouse. Which lead to her death.
Andreas killed the Wife’s and the daughters of the men who hurt him and took away his reason to live-Liesel, to make them feel the same way he did. Before he eventually killed them.
